Julio Cesar
Julio Cesar began playing internationally in 2003, and played back-up for Dida as a goalkeeper. He played for the Copa America 2004. He was in the 2006 FIFA World Cup. He finally became first-choice goalkeeper in 2007, when Dida retired.
Lucio
Lucio played defender for Brazil in the 2002 FIFA World Cup. He also played for Brazil in the 2000 Olympics. He went on to play in the 2006 World Cup, where he set a record by going 386 consecutive games without fouling. He became captain of the Brazilian team in August 2006. Lucio scored the game-winning goal against the US in the final of the 2009 FIFA Confederations Cup.
Robinho
Robinho was part of the 2003 CONCACAF Gold Cup, and helped Brazil win the 2005 FIFA Confederations Cup. He also played in the Copa America 2007, scoring 6 goals in all. He earned the Golden Boot award and was named the best player of the tournament. He also helped Brazil win the 2009 Confederations Cup, and is renowned for his amazing dribbling abilities.
Kaka
Kaka played in the 2002 FIFA World Cup. He captained the 2003 CONCACAF Gold Cup Brazilian Team, which got second place to Mexico.He helped the Brazilian 2005 Confederations Cup Team win against Argentina for first place. Kaka played in the 2006 FIFA World Cup, and was named Man of the Match in the opener against Croatia. Kaka played in the 2009 FIFA World Confederations Cup. He received the Golden Ball award for the tournament, and the Man of the Match for the final.
Ronaldinho
In 2000, Ronaldinho played in the Summer Olympics in Australia. He participated in the FIFA World Cup in 2002, and helped them win the Cup. He won the 2004 FIFA World Player of the Year award. Ronaldinho also captained the Brazilian team to a Confederations Cup win in 2005. He was part of the
"magic quartet" with Adriano, Ronaldo, and Kaka. In 2008, Ronaldinho became part of the Brazilian 2008 Summer Olympics team. They earned the bronze medal in that tournament.
Kleberson
Kleberson began playing for Brazil on January 31, 2002. He played in the 2002 FIFA World Cup. Kleberson scored one of the two goals in the final, to win against Germany. He played for Brazil in the Copa America 2004. He also replaced Anderson in 2 games in the 2010 FIFA World Cup Qualification and 2009 Confederations Cup in South America.
